Our office is located in Calle Villanueva 41, 2º izq (Zip code: 28001 Madrid), in the centre of Salamanca district. The nearest underground stations are the ones of Velázquez, Príncipe de Vergara and Retiro. To the Recoletos quarter were the office is, belong buildings with beautiful fronts from the beginning of last century. There also many large confortable houses as well as famous sites such as the Museo arqueológico (Archaeological Museum) and the Biblioteca Nacional, (National library) and a well known meeting point, the Plaza de Colón. Scarcely 25 years ago it was a peaceful neighbourhood where well off people had their dwelling. Nevertheless, this well to do area has gradually been loosing its mainstream residential character due to the large number of houses that have been converted into offices. Some streets are very commercial, namely Goya and Serrano.
