ORIGENS AND PURSUITS
SAN QUINTÍN ABOGADOS, is a long standing firm rendering legal services directed towards fulfilling the needs of both individuals and companies. The project arose when a group of lawyers, united by friendship and their profession (State Lawyers), decided to widen their legal activities which until then had been centred on the public sector, and they applied for and were granted authorisation to exercise their profession privately. The Firm was founded in 1986 and the directives, patterns, structures and objectives which would rule and constitute the legal and ethical activities of the group were laid down.

Our main purpose is to offer a personalised, full and complete service, because we are convinced that the needs for legal aid are varied and unlimited. For this reason we have a full team of professionals specialising in each of the legal fields, and capable of offering the best service in these fields. We believe that our Firm must be made up of professionals of the highest technical qualifications, and therefore the backbone of this office is composed of attorneys who, as a result of their qualifications, experience and preparation, are in a position to offer the most efficient services possible to our clients. We also believe that wisdom and age should be combined with youth and initiative amongst colleagues in order to arrive at a group that is balanced and efficient with respect to our clients’ interests which are also our own. It is our belief that therein lies the secret of our Firm’s success.

Within all the above, without fail we also include transparency and personal close attention to the client, within the framework of absolute confidentiality, privacy and mutual confidence. We believe that it is important and necessary to have direct personal contact with our clients in order to inspire confidence and establish a client/attorney relationship based on both professional confidence and human relations; we are not looking for a profit but the solution to the legal problems of clients who have put their confidence in us. To reach a relationship of mutual confidence between the client and the attorney is, in short, one of our goals since the foundation of the Firm.

As time has passes we have also added the objective of constant evolution of the Firm, in view of the fact that society and the rules that govern it is advancing and changing every day, constantly demanding new legal solutions and new technology in the most balanced and practical way possible. This Firm therefore makes a continuous investment in bringing its members up to date in all developments in the legal Community in order to offer the best and most modern services to our clients. In summary, over these years of experience, the Firm has adapted itself to its clients’ needs and the evolution of the legal world, so that it can offer and up to date and dynamic service, using the most modern technical means, in order to give effective and definitive results in the cases handled by it.

Finally, although not of least importance, in SAN QUINTIN ABOGADOS we believe that the possibility must never be discarded of looking for out-of-court or negotiated settlements, as sometimes a private settlement is better than costly court case. Thus, litigation is a recourse only when the client insists after all possibilities of a solution or friendly settlement to the case have been tried. Likewise we offer the client three basic forms of service: consultation, management and litigation, the latter not being the purpose but the last alternative in a legal conflict.
