PROCEDURAL LAW

Our Procedural Law department has two clear functions:
  1. To advise and offer the client an approximate indication of the incidents, benefits and costs which would arise from any proceedings brought in his case, without discarding any possible alternatives (transactions, agreements, etc.) for the resolution of the cases brought to us.

  2. Provided the client wishes to start a legal action, or there is not other alternative to solve the particular legal controversy, our Procedural Law department draws up a full tactical strategy for the best defence in Court of the rights and interests of our clients in any jurisdictional order and any branch or area of Law, making an individual determination of the case, without standard or predetermined plans as we believe that procedural dexterity is paramount in order to successfully bring to an end the preparation and study necessary for the case which takes place previously in the Office and for which highly qualified professionals who have experience in these matters are necessary.
