PROCEDURAL LAW Our Procedural Law department has two clear functions: To advise and offer the client an approximate indication of the incidents, benefits and costs which would arise from any proceedings brought in his case, without discarding any possible alternatives (transactions, agreements, etc.) for the resolution of the cases brought to us.
